There are two industrial control computer PLC control cabinets in this project, made of stainless steel SS304 material with a plate thickness of 1.5T. The cabinet size is 2200 * 800 * 600mm. The upper part of the cabinet is a large screen Philips brand 23.5-inch monitor and mouse keyboard, while the middle part is an Advantech industrial computer. The lower part of the control cabinet door panel has a visible window. Various signal output indicators can be visually observed. The layout of the PLC control cabinet is reasonable, beautiful and simple.
Application Highlights
● Advantech industrial control computer: with a main frequency of 2.4GHz or above, 4GB memory, 1TB hard drive, and 100 Base-T Ethernet interface. Stable performance.
● The control part uses German brand Siemens PLC modules, Honeywell intermediate relays, and terminal assembly.
● Siemens modules have sufficient points left for later program updates to increase control requirements. The genuine Kingview configuration software has multiple points, totaling 256 points, making the system performance more stable.
● The PLC control cabinet can monitor the liquid level status of various water tanks, reservoirs, and landscape water tanks in the rainwater collection system.
● Control all electrical equipment in the system, protect the water pump, and prevent phenomena such as idling. Forcefully control the operation of the water pump to ensure it is controlled when necessary.
● When there is a shortage of water, the water supply pump will automatically start to supply water. When the clear water tank is short of water, the purified water pump will automatically start to replenish water.
● The industrial computer PLC control cabinet can not only achieve 24-hour uninterrupted rainwater management, full process automation, and intelligent control, making the system work normally regardless of whether there is sufficient or insufficient rainwater, but also suitable for rainwater collection and control in various environments.
