Application Highlights
● The upper control circuit of the low-voltage MNS drawer cabinet is composed of Schneider dual power supply, and the cabinet surface is equipped with a voltmeter and a multi-function conversion switch.
● The right side of the cabinet is equipped with a terminal board as shown in the left picture, and the cables are concentrated here.
● The middle drawer has 6 rows and 4 columns, totaling 24 MCC control centers
● The components in the MCC control unit are Schneider circuit breakers, Chint contactor thermal relays and time relays. Schneider red and green light buttons
● The frame structure features of the withdrawable MCC, the functional unit is designed as a removable structure, and the connection between the functional unit and the vertical bus
● The primary isolation contact is used, so the functional unit can be completely removed and put back from the device even if the circuit connected to it is energized. The other end is a fixed structure.
● The mechanical interlocking mechanism of the drawer complies with the standard and has three distinct positions: connection, test and separation, which is safe and reliable.

● Through the operating handle and large interlock, the drawer can be accurately positioned in the connection/test/separation/removal position. Each position is marked on the front panel, which is simple and intuitive.
● When the circuit breaker is closed, the mechanical interlock device prohibits the drawer from moving to ensure the safety of operation.
● During operation, it is possible to adjust or check the inside of the drawer, so it is necessary to open the drawer panel. At this time, the drawer panel can be opened with the corresponding unlocking tool.
