This set of low-voltage MNS drawer cabinet is for the boiler water phosphate pump renovation project of the Barapukuriya 2*125MW power plant in Bangladesh. The low-voltage MNS drawer cabinet is a drawer-type switch cabinet. The advantage of the MNS low-voltage drawer cabinet is that it can accommodate more functional units in a smaller space. In terms of layout, Huaputuo roughly divides the cabinet into three parts: front left, front right, and rear. Each side can open the door independently, and steel plates and flame-retardant plastic modules are used to separate each other.

The low-voltage MNS drawer cabinet product complies with the national standards GB7251, VDE660 and ZBK36001-89 "Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear" and the international standard IEC439. The MNS low-voltage switchgear meets various power supply and distribution needs and can be widely used in various low-voltage distribution systems such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, and municipal construction.

Application Highlights

The upper control circuit of the low-voltage MNS drawer cabinet is composed of Schneider dual power supply, and the cabinet surface is equipped with a voltmeter and a multi-function conversion switch.

The right side of the cabinet is equipped with a terminal board as shown in the left picture, and the cables are concentrated here.

The middle drawer has 6 rows and 4 columns, totaling 24 MCC control centers

The components in the MCC control unit are Schneider circuit breakers, Chint contactor thermal relays and time relays. Schneider red and green light buttons

The frame structure features of the withdrawable MCC, the functional unit is designed as a removable structure, and the connection between the functional unit and the vertical bus

The primary isolation contact is used, so the functional unit can be completely removed and put back from the device even if the circuit connected to it is energized. The other end is a fixed structure.

The mechanical interlocking mechanism of the drawer complies with the standard and has three distinct positions: connection, test and separation, which is safe and reliable.

Front access for maintenance

Through the operating handle and large interlock, the drawer can be accurately positioned in the connection/test/separation/removal position. Each position is marked on the front panel, which is simple and intuitive.

When the circuit breaker is closed, the mechanical interlock device prohibits the drawer from moving to ensure the safety of operation.

During operation, it is possible to adjust or check the inside of the drawer, so it is necessary to open the drawer panel. At this time, the drawer panel can be opened with the corresponding unlocking tool.
